Hi, I’m Narelle from Shore Photography.

I live on Auckland’s North shore and have been a photographer for over a decade. I specialise in pre-school/kindy, family and documentary photography. I love kids, I love people and I love photos so for me this is the perfect job!

My preschool/daycare photos are a little different from your traditional posed kindy photos as I like to spend a few days at each centre and really capture the kids natural personalities in a relaxed and fun way. Watching them explore, play, interact and just go about their day is what I love to photograph. These moments are often not seen by the parents so I find it’s a beautiful way for a glimpse into their day and hold on to these special moments as they grow far too quickly.

My family photos are fun! I will make you laugh (at me or with me…) and you’ll look back and be so glad you did them. It’s not stressful, it’s about capturing your family as they are and being real. 

Just don’t judge me on my bad jokes and strange noises, they do help get the photos I’m after, I promise :)
